IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA
OMNIA WELLNESS & CO PLLC/INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.
1. This Privacy Policy applies to the sites and platforms where it appears.
This Privacy Policy describes how OMNIA WELLNESS & CO AKA OMNIA WELLNESS & CO PLLC treats customer information on the websites and platforms where it is located (in this policy we call these our Platforms). Your use of this Platform indicates that you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Your rights regarding your information.

2. We collect information from you and about you.
We collect your contact information. For example, we collect your name and mailing address if you register or create an account with us on https://go.myomniawell.co/consult-call We also collect contact information such as your phone number(s) and email address(es). If you register, we will also have you create a password.
We collect information you submit online. This includes information you post/publish when you interact with us on social media platforms. Also, we may collect your email address or postal address when you sign up for one of our mailing lists.
We collect demographic information and information about your product preferences. This may include collecting your age, gender, and/or marital status.
We collect payment information. If you buy products via our Platform, we will collect the relevant data necessary to process your purchase such as your debit or credit card number.
We collect information about your device and location. We collect information about the type of browser you are using as well as the type of device you use to access our Platform. We may look at what site you came from or what site you go to when you leave us.
We also collect timestamped opt-in records and communication preferences for SMS, email, and other messaging channels.
3. We collect information from you in different ways.
We collect information directly from you. This includes when you create an account or purchase a product via our Platform(s). We collect information if you contact customer service or sign up for our newsletter. We also collect information when you complete a survey or participate in a promotion.

We collect information about users over time when you use our Platforms. We have third parties who collect information this way as well.
We get information about you from third parties. This includes social media platforms and friends who use our “email a friend” feature. We may receive information about you from other sources.

We use your information to provide you with products and services. This includes sending you product you purchase or processing a return. It also includes sending you newsletters you signed up to receive.
We use information to improve our products and Platforms. We may use your information to make our Platforms or products better. We may also use your information to customize your experience with us. This includes understanding your interests and preferences. We use your information to respond to your requests. This includes responding to customer inquiries.
We use your information to communicate with you about our relationship. We may communicate with you about your account or our relationship. This includes electronic messages (such as e-mail or SMS) and calls about order status. We may also contact you about this Policy.

We will only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided explicit consent through a compliant opt-in process. Where required, consent for marketing messages and consent for non-marketing messages is collected separately. Consent checkboxes are never pre-selected, and providing a phone number does not automatically enroll a user in marketing text messages.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any promotional email or contacting [email protected]
If you have provided consent, we may send marketing messages by email or SMS to inform you of products, services, or updates.
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing communications.
5. We share information with third parties.
We share information with our affiliated organizations and parent company. This includes our affiliates and OMNIA WELLNESS & CO LLC/INC associated with OMNIA WELLNESS & CO
We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services for us, such as payment processing, website hosting, marketing services, email providers, SMS delivery providers, warehouses, and delivery services. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
We may provide aggregated, anonymized data to third parties for analytics purposes.
We may share information with a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights or investigate fraud.
Outside of these circumstances, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
California Residents. California residents may be entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal information (if any) we share with third parties or affiliates for those parties to use for direct marketing. Transmission of Data to Other Countries. If you are a Customer located outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may be less stringent than the laws in your country. By submitting your personal information to us you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States.
Cookies & Tracking. You can control cookies and tracking tools. Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools. How you do so depends on the type of tool. Our Do Not Track Policy. Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. 6. These sites are not intended for children.
Our Platforms are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable data from children under 13. 7. We use standard security measures.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
8. Third-party links
We may link to platforms or have third party tools on our platforms we don’t control. If you click on a link to a third-party site, you will be taken to a site we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. This includes third parties who may have ads or content on our site. We suggest that you read their privacy policies carefully.
9. Changes to this Policy
From time to time, we may change our privacy policy and practices over time. To the extent that our Policy changes in a material way, the policy that was in place at the time that you submitted personal information to us will generally govern that information. We will notify you of any material changes to our Policy as required by law. We will also post an updated copy on our Platforms. Please check our Platforms periodically for updates.
